Lawrence provides custom epitaxial growth as a service for commercial organizations as well as for government and academic use. Lawrence customers include Fortune 500 and international companies. Ion Implant Services
INNOViON's primary corporate focus is to supply full outsourcing of the ion implantation process to major semiconductor manufacturers. Concurrent with that philosophy, is the most complete implant "service" supplier in the Industry that can process wafers from 2" dia to 200mm with 300mm soon to arrive. In addition to standard medium and high current dopant implants, Innovion can perform 200mm MeV implants to 1.8 KeV and ULE implants as low as 1KeV.
