BASF Selects Entrepix CMP FastForward™ For the Development of Advanced CMP Slurries

TEMPE, Ariz.—September 11, 2006—Entrepix, Inc. a leading provider of chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) foundry and equipment services, today announced the signing of a CMP FastForwardTM volume pricing agreement (VPA) with BASF, one of the world's leading chemical companies. BASF selected Entrepix' CMP foundry and development services to support its increasing activity in the advanced slurry market. The agreement highlights the rapid market acceptance Entrepix is experiencing with its recently launched CMP FastForward portfolio of process, equipment and production services.
