Entrepix Selected by Major Aerospace Defense Contractor to Provide CMP for Production of Infrared Sensors

TEMPE, Ariz.-December 12, 2006-Entrepix, Inc. a leading provider of chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) foundry and equipment services, today announced the signing of a CMP FastForwardTM volume pricing agreement (VPA) with a leading aerospace defense contractor. The agreement demonstrates the increasing acceptance of Entrepix' CMP FastForward portfolio by the integrated device, sensor and MEMS manufacturing markets.

Under the agreement Entrepix will integrate CMP into the customer's manufacturing flow to support its volume production of advanced infrared (IR) and optical sensor systems.
