To emphasize their committed focus in the semiconductor high growth area of Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP), Total Fab Solutions, Inc., a leading supplier of CMP outsourcing, equipment, and metrology services announced today that it has changed its name to Entrepix, Inc.
