Entrepix Launches DC Power Supply Upgrade for Applied Materials 200mm CMP, PVD and CVD Systems
Upgrade replaces older part with obsolete sub-components; delivers stable, reliable performance
Entrepix, a leading provider of chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) equipment and process services, has launched its latest OEM-replacement spare part, the Entrepix 5200 Power Supply Upgrade Solution for AMAT Mirra, Centura and Endura platforms. The solution was developed because the previous legacy offering for this part uses multiple obsolete sub-components that are no longer available, making repair or replacement difficult and expensive.
The Entrepix 5200 power supply upgrade offers a lower-cost solution with the same fit and form as OEM. New tri-color LEDs and replaceable modular internal components make troubleshooting and repair easy. The solution's remote voltage sensing ensures stable and reliable performance.
The new power supply drawer supplies DC power at voltages of +5VME, +24, +5EXT, +12, -12, +15, -15. The output power is rated at or above the legacy drawer's capability. It is custom made to fit within the Applied Materials 5200 electrical cabinet enclosure and all of the outputs of the drawer are made to be backwards compatible with existing 5200 electrical cabinet interface cabling. The 5200 electrical cabinet is use on several Applied Materials' platforms including 200mm CMP, PVD and CVD systems.
Uses modern, high intensity tri-color μcontroller-managed LEDs to indicate the state of each power supply
LED indicators for AC power on and fan status
LED fuse status indicators
Recessed and protected fuse panel
Enhanced placement of output connectors
30A circuit breaker on-off switch with lever safety guard
Remote sense on all output voltages
Reliable point-to-point power wiring throughout
Complies with industry safety standards
