Mirra Remote UPA Upgrade
Entrepix developed this remote, no-drilling-required UPA upgrade for Mirra tools. It uses all factory components, or is available with Entrepix-designed and upgraded replacements, and relocates them into an easily accessible box for easy maintenance and better process stability. With incorporation of features like FM4910 plastics and quick disconnects for pressure checks, our engineers consider not only initial installation and functionality, but also long-term serviceability and safety.
Mirra Motor and Drive Upgrades
With old motors obsolete and based on out-of-date technology, Mirra motors and motor drives needed upgrades for head sweep and robot arms. Entrepix created a new drive solution that we adapted into the factory electrical enclosure with adapter plates. We also devised a universal head sweep motor with interchangeable shafts that works on all machines as well as a head rotation motor upgrade.
Clear Pad Conditioner Cover
To increase ease of maintenance, our Entrepix engineering team developed a clear pad conditioner cover for the AMAT Mirra toolset. Our proprietary design is quicker and easier to install and remove for service, and is crystal-clear to allow for eagle-eyed monitoring of your conditioner’s operation.
DSS-200 Control System Upgrade
If a new DSS-200 isn’t for you, our control system upgrade for legacy OnTrak Series 2 CE and Synergy tools may be for you! Our engineering team packed the same technology used in our new equipment into a tested, proven, reliable upgrade that is field-installable in your current OnTrak equipment.
DSS-200 Hastelloy Spin Carriage
To combat the costly wear-and-tear of legacy coated spin carriages, we developed our Hastelloy spin carriage upgrade. Hastelloy is an extremely corrosion-resistant metal designed for harsh chemical environments, from which the carriage arms and other components are manufactured. Peeling coatings, aluminum contamination, and other issues that plagued legacy tools for decades are no longer with our upgrade!
Upgraded Titan and Profiler Heads
Entrepix not only offers OEM-quality replacement heads and head parts, but we also provide several upgrades to address unique process problems and nuances. We have specially-designed perforated plates to control edge polishing, kits and proprietary consumables to reduce wafer breakage, and other head products to customize your advanced head to your process.
